1000g wheat flour.
Mix butter with sugar at room temperature, don't beat until fluffy.
Add eggs.Slowly Edd eggs at room temperature.The mixture should not coagulate.
Add flour. Mix dough until smooth.As little as possible so it does not turn viscous.
